Activities of the PERMA project during the March month 2024 ,
Through the project’s goals, which include promoting social cohesion, building teachers’ capacities in non-formal education methods to enhance students’ efficiency in schools, and training social structures and community leaders on collaboration and identifying problems and tensions among societal components, mechanisms for solutions , supporting and enhancing youth-led small-scale projects by providing training in business management. The goal is to motivate youth to participate in economic activities and develop their skills to promote economic and social development in their communities.
Training was conducted in Salah ad Din province on social cohesion for community leaders representing (Baiji, Tikrit, Samarra) to identify obstacles hindering community recovery.
It’s worth mentioning that the project was implemented in both Nineveh and Salah al-Din governorates , held by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) .
