Job description:
The project facilitator will support implement project activities, document lessons learnt, support assessments and monitoring and evaluation of the project. He/she will Collaborate with the team to monitor progress, contribute to reports, and implement Protection sessions. Crucial role in promoting mental well-being in communities. is responsible for assisting assessment, response analysis, design and capacity building of the project .
Duties and Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the project Coordinator and the Team leader:
-Conducting psychosocial support activities for children/men/women.
-In close coordination with the field team, assess psychological needs and protection issues.
-As requested by the project manager, participate in various forms of community assessments to identify individuals with fears or who are at risk.
-Provide individual, family, and community-level psychosocial and social support services with the support and guidance of the direct supervisor.
-Ensure close follow-up for participants to identify accomplishments and obstacles faced by individuals and/or caregivers in the rehabilitation process.
-Contribute to daily and weekly reports (qualitative and quantitative) of activities by filling in specific tools (assessment form, follow-up form, referral form, discharge forms, and monitoring forms) provided by the field coordinator. Submit any other reports requested by the direct supervisor.
-Conduct effective education programs in coordination with the team leader.
