Position: Team Leader
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Leader: Provide technical support in child protection and gender-based violence (GBV) to the field team to ensure the quality of work.
- Assist in managing the project center and project staff, including the field team.
- Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator, support the proper and timely implementation of all project phases and tasks involving relevant project staff.
- Supervise and participate in preparatory work and lead daily curriculum sessions.
- Ensure the implementation of activities and distribute team tasks according to the Project Coordinator’s work plan.
- Ensure timely reporting of any identified protection concerns to the Project Coordinator.
- Maintain an archive and files for the center’s staff.
- Coordinate team tasks and monitor the execution of assignments.
- Monitor and track the use of the team’s logistical supplies/resources to ensure the effective use of available resources.
- Ensure adherence to child protection and protection standards.
- Comply with PAO’s security policies and procedures and report any incidents or violations to the Project Coordinator.
- Adhere to organizational accountability policies and ensure the maintenance of the Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy in all activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on team performance to the Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
