Managerial Capacity Building within the Non-Formal Education Project

How to Be a manager?
As part of its Non-Formal Education Project, the Public Aid Organization conducted a comprehensive training in Erbil. The training covered inclusion management, barrier analysis, integration mechanisms, safe management, situational leadership, as well as accountability, impact assessment, and the ethics of using artificial intelligence, among other topics.
The training painted a clear picture of a manager who operates according to the principles of non-formal education—a manager who balances values with structure and leads with humanity.
What made the training stand out was the use of active methods and genuine participation. We even discussed intrinsic motivation and empathy-based leadership.
The passion was evident, and there is strong anticipation to see the impact of all this in the participants’ real work environments.
