The Public Aid Organization and Mercy Corps Organization they are sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Farmers Union in both Nineveh and Salah Al-Din governorates on Thursday 23 May 2024.
This signing is part of the Enhancing Economic Recovery of Agricultural and Small Projects (PERMA2) Project , The memorandum aims to develop the capabilities of the Farmers Associations and promote partnerships with both the private and public sectors. With participation of representatives from the Provinces Councils, Presidents of the Farmers Union, Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, and Non-Governmental Organizations from both provinces .
