During five lively and informative days, managers from government and civil society organizations gathered for an exceptional training experience on the principles of Non-formal Education (NFE), implemented by the Public Aid Organization, with the support of Leo Lagrange and AfD.
The training was more than just workshops; it was a living space for learning, sharing, experimenting, and discovering. How can we turn complex societal challenges into opportunities for dialogue, understanding, and joint action? This is what we sought to discover together.
We not only discussed education but also delved into the depths of effective management: conscious leadership, conflict resolution, communication skills, decision-making, and building a participatory environment—indispensable tools for those who lead with thought and humanity.
But this is not the end, but the beginning of a new stage.
We meet again at the end of May to see how this training has moved from the halls to reality, and how the principles of informal education have become an approach practiced and not just an idea circulating.
In non-formal education… Every dialogue is a start،
And every practice is a nucleus of change.
