In a step that reflects the spirit of community integration and innovative collaboration, the Public Aid Organization (PAO) conducted four simultaneous peer-learning sessions across Salah al-Din Governorate, in the districts of Tikrit, Baiji, Balad, and Dujail, from September 14 to 18, 2025.
These sessions aimed to exchange experiences and ideas gained by members of the Local Peace Committees who participated in a specialized training held in Erbil earlier in September, as part of ongoing efforts to promote social cohesion and a culture of peace.
The sessions were facilitated by participants who attended the Erbil training, enabling them to transfer their newly acquired knowledge and skills to their peers in the field, a step that contributes to empowering Local Peace Committees and expanding their positive impact within local communities.
