As part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women activities, the Public Aid organization organized a cultural seminar for students at the College of Al-Nisour on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The Seminar focused on the structural aspects of violence against women and girls, aligning with the strategy for academic openness.
During the seminar, participants explored a comprehensive approach to dismantling the cycles of violence. It emphasized the social and legal foundations that perpetuate violent behavior, contributing to its prevalence in society. The seminar also proposed essential measures to break these cycles, including enhancing community awareness, reforming laws, and establishing effective support mechanisms for women and girls. The ultimate goal is eliminating violence and creating a safer, more equitable environment.
