Within the Project of ” Enhancing Democracy” that funded by the Norwegian Public Aids. Public Aid Organization-PAO/ Erbil office implemented training addressing issues of people with special needs on 6th of November.2022. The training was conducted in Erbil and targeted representatives of associations and unions of people with special needs to empower them to run advocacy campaigns to increase participation of people with special needs in decision-making.
