As part of the Institutional Development Program for Non-Governmental Organizations, implemented by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) in partnership with the NGO Directorate, an online training session on Relationship Management in NGOs was held on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
The training brought together representatives from 27 NGOs belonging to the Prisoners’ Justice Network and the Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation, which had previously undergone an institutional assessment within the program.
The program aims to strengthen the capacities of NGOs operating in Iraq, enhance their role in society, and support the development of their institutional structures while ensuring legal independence, transparency, and accountability.
It also seeks to empower these organizations to access sustainable funding opportunities and implement effective community activities that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and addressing citizens’ needs with greater impact and efficiency.
