In the heart of Ramadi, on September 15, 2025, the Youth Connect Project was launched by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) with the support of the British Council, bringing together 55 young men and women from diverse backgrounds, including 21 women and 17 participants with disabilities.
The event aimed to strengthen the values of partnership, empowerment, and inclusion, preparing a generation of young leaders ready to create local initiatives that serve their cities and open new horizons for a brighter future. It was not just an introductory session, but a vibrant space for networking and dialogue on key issues such as volunteerism, environment, human rights, and civil society, in addition to shedding light on the role of artificial intelligence in serving communities.
