The Public Aid Organization held a session within the activities of the project “Promote the Economic Recovery of Agricultural and Micro Business PERMA2” in Salah al-Din governorate on Tuesday 27 August 2024.
Representatives of peasant unions participated in this session, where several key challenges facing the agricultural sector in the governorate were highlighted. The most prominent of these challenges were climate change, water scarcity, and security challenges that affect agriculture and limit the growth and spread of local products. The participants discussed possible solutions to these problems, focused on improving the management of Water Resources and promoting initiatives that support community and environmental security in the region.
