Public Aid Organization conducted series of activities within the project of “Promotion of Peace and Coexistence through Empowerment and Engagement of Community Mechanisms with Local Authorities” that funded by (IOM). As part of these activities, PAO/Nineveh Office, implemented awareness sessions addressing “Combating and Preventing from Violent Extremism in Nineveh” targeting the schools of the right side from the city of Mosul on Monday, March 13, 2023. The activities targeted different age groups of female students at Umm Salma Secondary School for Girls. Implemented events varied to include different activities in which the students expressed their rejection of all concepts of extremism in the society.
