The Public Aid Organization concluded the “Traffic
Accidents” initiative in Duhok Governorate, Akra district, as part of the activities of the project “Protection Procedures and New Opportunities for Society – Alamel”.
The initiative addressed the importance of paying attention to roads that witness heavy traffic, in addition to discussing possible solutions to reduce accidents and damage caused by them. The challenges and problems associated with road infrastructure and its impact on Traffic Safety were also highlighted.
The initiative witnessed the presence and participation of the concerned authorities, where the topic was raised in a clear and detailed manner in order to enhance awareness and take the necessary measures to reduce accidents and improve the level of safety on the roads.
