Within the framework of the program for Enhancing Democracy and Human Rights, implemented by the Public Aid Organization with the support of the Norwegian People’s Aid Organization, a conference was organized in Baghdad on December 18. The conference aimed to announce the establishment of a network of civil society organizations to work on the climate change file in Iraq. This network, dubbed the “Ozone Network for Environmental Preservation”, has a clear vision of reducing the effects of climate change and facing the challenges that threaten the environment in Iraq.
