With the launch of the 16-day Campaign to Combat Violence Against Women, Volunteers of the Public Aid Organization in Erbil visited high school students in a Bharakah camp, on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
During this visit, the volunteers provided psychological and social support sessions, to dismantle the cycles of violence, support the victims, and enhance their ability to integrate into society positively. This provides a safe environment for women that encourages them to regain their active role in society.
