As part of the implementation of activities under the “Youth Connect” Project in Anbar Governorate, the Public Aid Organization (PAO) conducted an intensive training program for the volunteers selected for the initiative, aimed at enhancing their skills in identifying community challenges and managing developmental projects.
The training began on October 2, 2025, and continued for five consecutive days, concluding on October 6, 2025. Throughout the program, participants benefited from well-coordinated logistical support provided by the PAO team and professional facilitation that ensured an engaging and practical learning environment.
During the sessions, the participants gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that strengthened their understanding of their roles as active changemakers in their communities. They also explored innovative approaches to analyzing local challenges and designing impactful community initiatives.
This activity represents another milestone in the “Youth Connect” Project’s journey to empower young people and enhance their capacities as leaders of positive change, while promoting a culture of civic participation and sustainable development across Anbar.
