We all support a solidarity carnival for the victims of torture in Baghdad governorate .
On the occasion of the International Day in support of victims of torture on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in cooperation with the High Commission for Human Rights, the Public Aid Organization implemented a carnival against torture within the activities of the project to (Promote the Right to Fair Trials, Improve Conditions of Detention and Abolish Torture) .
The attendees also stressed the importance of documenting the stages of the investigation and sensitizing the staff to the importance of respecting human dignity and Human Rights.
It is worth mentioning that this project is being implemented in a several Iraqi governorates in partnership with IOL and NPA with the support of the European Union .
