Within the activities of Business innovation (Norwegian Program) (BIP) and with the participation and supervision of the Secretary-General of the Board of Trustees of the Public Aid Organization- PAO, held an exhibition of micro-business projects for students with the participation of 35 projects in the governorates of Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Dohuk.
The exhibition was attended by Mr. Deputy Minister of Education in the Kurdistan Region (Dr. Siwan Ali) and Mr. (Ahmed Ghahl), Director General of Secondary and Vocational Schools in the Ministry of Education, Mr. (Delir Suleiman), representative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Mr. (Shafan Abdul Rahman), Secretary-General For the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Kurdistan Region, students also participated in the exhibition, which numbered 88 and 32 teachers, companies, local and international organizations, universities, governmental and non-governmental institutes and the media.
The exhibition began with a speech by Mr. Hoger Chato, in which he spoke about the importance of the project for the students, followed by a speech presented by each of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the President of KOHRW, Mr. Hoshyar Malo, the representative of RWANGA and the director of the TAVKAR NGO School in the exhibition.
The projects were evaluated by the committees of PAO, and (3) projects were selected as follows: 1- Al-Kafri Industrial High School (the project of agriculture without soil) first place 2- Computer Institute (Kurdish Game Project) second place 3- The electrical industry for boys (electricity generation project) third place The exhibition was sponsored by KOHRW and RWANGA partner organizations (FLYERBIL, DABIN Group, KFCCI, Q.M.G.T and International Consultants) and TAVKAR School.
