As part of the activities of the Enhancing Democracy project, the Public Aid organization held a dialogue session on the role of the (Provincial Council, Civil Society Organizations and Media Institutions in Countering Violent Extremism )as part of the initiatives of the Women’s Team in Basra governorate on Tuesday, August 13, 2023 .
With the participation of representatives of the Governorate Council, the session aimed to shed light on the laws and provisions and to conduct courses for educational mentors on violent extremism that contribute to reducing its spread .
