The Public Aid Organization, in cooperation with the women’s volunteer team in Basra governorate, held a dialogue session within the activities of the “Democracy Promotion” program on the role of media institutions in countering violent extremism on Wednesday, 24 July 2024.

The discussions focused on finding mechanisms aimed at highlighting legislation and provisions that contribute to reducing the spread of extremism through awareness-raising media campaigns.
