Public Aid Organization/PAO participated in an event addressing (substance abuse and rehabilitation) that was conducted on World Mental Health Day on October 10th.2022 in Erbil in the presence of representatives of the government , governors of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah, representative from consulates and NGOs staff.
