Within the project of ” Promoting Peace and Coexistence Through Capacity and Engaging the Community Mechanisms with the Local Authorities” that funded by IOM, Public Aid Organization provided comprehensive training for the teachers of the Right Section schools in Mosul, the training took place in Erbil from 1-5 March.2023. Mainly , training covered ” combating violent extremist through targeting community leaders), more topics were covered through the training included: understanding violent extremist, signs and negative consequences of violent extremist on education, how to identify violent extremism and youth radicalization, as well as causes and motivation of students and youth extremists , school environment and teachers roles in combatting this issue and to benefit from informal schooling.
