The Public Aid Organization within the Enhancing Democracy program is preparing volunteer teams in the implementation of community initiatives in order to increase the participation of young people in the decision-making process to change policies and laws and solve community problems in Basra governorate .
As part of this approach, the youth volunteer team was supported in implementing an initiative to increase youth participation to face climate change and adapt to its effects. A dialogue session was held with the participation of a group of young men and women in Basra on July 9, 2024.
