As part of its ongoing efforts to promote social cohesion and local peacebuilding, the Public Aid Organization (PAO) held a SWOT analysis session with the Local Peace Committee in West Mosul on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Al-Burj Al-Abyad Hotel in Mosul.
The session aimed to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the committee’s performance by identifying its strengths and weaknesses and reviewing the challenges and opportunities in its areas of work, to develop more sustainable and effective plans.
This session comes within the framework of the project “Enhancing Social Cohesion through Local Peace Committees,” implemented by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) with funding from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), covering the governorates of Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Salah al-Din.
