The Public Aid organization participated with representatives of 22 international and regional non-governmental organizations from different continents in announcing the establishment of the global movement for human and peoples ‘ rights after a series of preparatory meetings that lasted for several months This step comes after a deep understanding of the modern history of international law and the crisis of modernity as the bearer of this law.
According to, the movement came up with a new approach to rights based on the protection and respect for peoples’ right to self-determination. The movement has chosen Mr. Hogr Chato, chairman of the board of Trustees of the PAO, as its vice president and regional and continental coordinator for the international human rights movement.
