Within the framework of the “Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs No. 11 of 2024,” the Public Aid Organization held a dialogue session within the activities of the Enhancing Democracy program. It discussed the extent to which the law’s paragraphs and articles have been implemented and the challenges and obstacles in its implementation.
The session concluded by stressing the importance of preparing a paper containing the non-implemented paragraphs, along with the challenges and proposed mechanisms of action, to develop a path that ensures the effective implementation of the law.
