The Public Aid Organization (PAO) implemented a series of awareness sessions in Accelerated Learning Schools in Ninewa Governorate from April 20 to 21, 2026, using the (CARM) methodology. The sessions aimed to enhance students’ awareness of complaint and feedback mechanisms within the school environment.
These activities were conducted as part of the “Multi-Year Recovery Programme,” focusing on empowering students to express their opinions and concerns in a safe and structured manner. This was facilitated through the use of complaint and suggestion boxes, contributing to improving the quality of the educational process.
This initiative represents an important step in promoting a culture of dialogue and communication between students and school administrations, while reinforcing principles of transparency and effective responsiveness—ultimately contributing to students’ well-being and the development of a more supportive learning environment in the targeted schools.
